Mastering traditional beauty with contemporary designs and patterns, the Yu-zen Washi Canister is hand-wrapped in traditional Japanese washi paper, which was hand-dyed in Kyoto, Japan. Washi paper is made from the bark of small trees; it has a soft, comforting texture. Each canister is carefully hand-wrapped and cut by skilled craftsmen to ensure its perfect precision and quality.

Since 1910, Kotodo Takahashi Corporation has perfected these hand-made tea canisters for 112 years. The seamless design, delicate colours and complete airtightness, perfectly reflect the excellence of Japanese tradition and craftsmanship.
