Smooth, delicate, and highly refreshing and often dubbed the “White Peony”, the tea leaves are a myriad of colours from green to russet to silver. Picked 48 hours or less between the time they become fully mature and the time they open, this decadent tea is barely processed to produce a natural pale-lemon cup, with aromas of fresh straw and light florals. The liquor has subtle notes of jasmine and toasted almonds.
