Grown since the eighteenth century, this tea sourced from Taiwan undergoes very slight oxidation. As a result, this Oolong is more potent in taste than a typical green tea but lighter in presentation than most Oolongs. Crafted with a gentle floral aroma, the flavours are of wild pasture flowers with some fruity notes. This tea is exceedingly smooth and delicate, keeping an outstanding balance between the freshness and lightness of a green tea and the creaminess and mellowness of a classic Taiwanese Oolong.
